DTI to train Aklan businessmen on customer relations

KALIBO, Aklan, February 7 (PIA6) -- An activity seen to increase customer satisfaction, as well as increase the sales of business establishments in Aklan, has been scheduled here by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
According to Diosdado P. Cadena, Jr., DTI-Aklan Provincial Director, the one-day activity dubbed Customer Relations Enhancement Seminar will be held February 28 at the Hernani’s Mix ‘N Match, Kalibo, Aklan.
Invited to attend are members of Aklan’s business community composed of establishment owners and frontline personnel as participants.
In the activity, Cadena said Aklan business owners and their frontline personnel will be oriented on the different trade laws, which are implemented by DTI, as well as to enhance their capability in dealing with their customers.
Besides increased customer satisfaction and increased sales, the activity is also seen to create an empowered frontline personnel and speedy resolution of consumer complaints, according to the DTI. (JCM/VGV PIA 6 Aklan)
