Grand Alumni Homecoming – Easter Sunday, April 24, 2011 Registration Fee: Php 30.00 for Classes 2000 – up 50.00 for Classes 1999 – below Or minimum Php 1,000.00 per class Membership Fee: Php 10.00 7:30 Mass Parade from Church to CCES. Class banner: 2ft x 3ft Route: Rizal Ilaya, San Agustin St., Confessor Drive, CCES 9:30 Opening Program National Anthem Cabatuan Hymn Welcome Remarks – Principal Remarks – District Supervisor Remarks – Mayor Remarks – Alumni President Presentation of Classes with Cheers and Yells Re-enactment of Pledge of Loyalty to Alma Mater Formal Opening with Firecrackers and balloons Election of permanent set of officers 12:00 Lunch 5:00 End of CCES Activities 6:00 Evening Socials Selection of Mr. and Ms. Alumni (classes w/o reps are fined Php500.00); Cocktail or long gown for ladies, barong for gents. Oath Taking of new set of officers Live band (from PNP @ Php22,000.00; to compare price with other bands) Entertainment from volunteer classes 2. Build-up Activities a. Handurawan – Cabatuan Central Elementary Scholl sa Katuigan March 1 – 2, 2011 photo exhibit; Paklang, Plaza. Deadline of submission of reproduced pics to Secretariat – February 18, 2011 b. Dalagan para sa sentral skol kang Cabatuan 5:00am April 16, 2011 mini marathon from front of Municipyo to Airport Area and back. Categories: 3K, 5K, 10K. 3 winners in each category. Registration fee: Php 150 / pax with free tshirt or Php 1,000.00 / class with 5 free tshirts Classes, with as many walkers or runners, can join even without registration but with compulsory Php 1,000.00. It was suggested to look for individuals who can sponsor the prizes. Registration forms ready for distribution 3rd week of March, 2011. 3. Room assignment for each class was given. 4. Souvenir program will come out after April 24, 2011 Quota of Solicitation/Advertisements per class: 3 pages; 1 page reserved for class pictures Solicitation letter ready by first week of March, 2011.
