CNCHS Alumni Building Groundbreaking (September 18, 2010)

CNCHS 9/18/2010 Cabatuan, Iloilo (Sept. 18) - Dionisio Caspe Jr. (CNCHS Alumni Association President) led the groundbreaking of the CNCHS Alumni Building at Cabatuan National Comprehensive High School on Saturday, September 18, 2010.
