The Balay Ni Haloy was inaugurated last September 9, 2006. Main guests during the affair were Fr. Tacadao, Cabatuan Parish Priest; Mr. Ricardo Monegro, Asst. Regional Director, Department of Labor and Employment, Region VI; Mrs. Angela Grinen Grio, GSIS Manager - Iloilo; and Engr. Diosdado Cadena, Provincial Director, Department of Trade and Industry.
It houses the permanent Haloy office and the Family Trees and artifacts of the seven Haloy families, and is made available courtesy of Dr. Marian Confesor-Celis, apo ni Luis kag Paula Caspe. Kag bata ni Estefano Caspe kag ni Josefa Confesor.
