MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 2007-003

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION I, A AND B, OF MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 2007-001

WHEREAS, after Municipal Ordinance No. 2007-001 was approved for 3rd Reading and was being prepared for posting, it was found out that the amounts in Section I, A and B, of the said ordinance were inadvertently overlooked;

WHEREAS, absence of the said amounts would make the provision of the said section ineffective;

WHEREAS, this ordinance amends Section I, A and B, of Municipal Ordinance No. 2007-001;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Honorable angel C. Aguero and seconded by Honorable Reginaldo C. Nandin,

BE IT ENACTED by the Sangguniang Bayan, in session assembled that:

SECTION I. That fees shall be imposed on the issuance of Tender Documents by the Bids and Awards Committee of the Municipality of Cabatuan, Iloilo, on the following schedule:

A. Goods:

100,001.00 – 200,000.00 - 200.00
200,001.00 – 300,000.00 - 250.00
300,001.00 – 400,000.00 - 300.00
400,001.00 – 500,000.00 - 350.00

but not exceeding
5 million pesos - 500.00
5 million and above - 1,000.00

B. Infrastructure and Consultancy

Section II. That this ordinance shall modify and repeal any existing ordinance;
Section III. This ordinance shall take effect after ten (10) days from its approval and posting.
