MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 2007-002

ORDINANCE REQUIRING ALL AGENCIES AND INSTITUTIONS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CABATUAN TO SING THE CABATUAN HYMN (BANWA NGA NAMAT-AN) AFTER THE SINGING OF NATIONAL ANTHEM

BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Cabatuan, Iloilo in session assembled that:

Section 1. All agencies and institutions in the Municipality of Cabatuan are required to sing the Cabatuan Hymn (Banwa nga Namat-an) after the singing of National Anthem.

Section 2. Definition of Terms:
Agency – any establishment where business is done for others. Institutions – a corporate body or establishment instituted and organized for an educational, medical, charitable or

similar purpose.
Section 3. Repealing Clause – any ordinance found inconsistent with this ordinance is hereby modified or repealed.
Section 4. Effectivity – this ordinance shall take effect immediately after its approval.
