Criteria on the Search for Ten Outstanding Sangguniang Kabataan Chairmen in the Municipality of Cabatuan

1. Accomplishment 50%
a. Implementations of SK projects and programs focusing on Sports Development, Cultural Development, Capability Building, Livelihood, Green Brigade and Anti-Drug Campaign.

2. Legislative Output 30%
a. Number of resolutions and ordinances sponsored

3. Attendance 20%
a.Sangguniang Barangay regular/special session
b. Sangguniang Kabataan regular/special meeting

Guidelines on the Search for Ten Outstanding Sangguniang Kabataan Chairmen in the Municipality of Cabatuan

1. The search is open to all the chairmen of the Sangguniang Kabataan in the Municipality of Cabatuan except the President of the Federation.
2. The nominee for the Search shall be formally nominated by the Punong Barangay of the nominee.
3. The awardees shall be determined by a Search Committee composed of:
a. Emmy Marie A. Nedula MLGOO
b. Hon. Raynald John Arillo SKMF PRESIDENT
c. Hon. Mariano Villalobos LIGA ng mga Barangay President
d. Hon. Fe Tobias Chairman Committee on Education
e. Hon. Victor Maroma Co-Chairman Committee on Education

4. The nominee shall submit the following necessary documents to substantiate his/her claim:
a. Certification of the Barangay Secretary as to the number of attendance of the nominee to the regular/special sessions.
b. Certification from the SKMF Secretary as to the number of attendance of the nominee to the regular/special meetings.
c. Copy of barangay resolutions/ordinances sponsored.
d. Certification of the Punong Barangay as to the number of sports activities sponsored/attended.
e. Certification of the Punong Barangay as to the number of cultural activities implemented.
f. Certification of the Punong Barangay as to the number of livelihood projects implemented in the barangay.
g. Certification of the Punong Barangay as to the number of green brigade programs implemented.
h. Certification of the Punong Barangay as to the number of anti-drug campaign/symposium sponsored in the barangay.
i. Certification of the Punong Barangay as to the number of Capability Building activities sponsored/attended.
5. The required documents shall be submitted not later than February 22, 2013 at the office of the LIGA ng mga Barangay through its secretary.
6. The winners shall be declared and honored during the program celebrating Tomas Confesor Day on March 2, 2013.
7. The most outstanding Sangguniang Kabataan Chairman will receive a cash prize of ____________ and a plaque of recognition. The nine others shall receive ___________ each and a plaque of recognition.
