CABATUAN HOSPITAL ADJUDGED 2ND BEST IN ILOILO PROVINCE Lambunao Hospital is this Year's Best, Cleanest The Community Affairs and Public Information Office, Province of Iloilo, April 8, 2011 Dr. Ricardo Ladrido Memorial District Hospital (DRLMDH) in Lambunao, Iloilo was adjudged as the Best Hospital in the province of Iloilo in this year’s Hospital Awarding and Recognition Program (HARP) held on April 7 at the Provincial Capitol lobby. Governor Arthur Defensor, Sr. stands up to acknowledge the personnel of the 12 provincial government-run hospitals who attended the 2011 Hospital Awarding and Recognition Program held at the Iloilo Provincial Capitol lobby on April 7, 2011 as part of the Semana sang Iloilo activities. DRLMDH headed by its chief of hospital Dr. Roberto Castronuevo received a plaque trophy and check worth P30,000 on top of P3 million worth of projects under the Hospital Facility Enhancement Program (HFEP) after also having been chosen as Best in Department of Health (DOH) evaluation. DRLMDH also topped special awards such as Best in Nursing Services, Best in Administrative Services, and Cleanest and Greenest Hospital. Ramon Tabiana Memorial District Hospital (RTMDH) in Cabatuan, Iloilo grabbed Second Place with a prize of P25,000 plus P2 million worth of HFEP projects for also winning Second Place in the DOH evaluation. RTMDH also got the Best in PhilHealth Award while it landed Third Place in the Cleanest and Greenest Hospital Award. The third Best Hospital Award went to Dr. Ricardo Provido Memorial District Hospital (DRPMDH) in Calinog, Iloilo with a prize of P20,000 plus P1 million worth of projects for also placing third in the DOH evaluation. Fourth Place went to Jesus Colmenares Memorial District Hospital (JCMDH) in Balasan, Fifth Place went to Iloilo Provincial Hospital in Pototan, while Dumangas District Hospital grabbed the Sixth Place. The other awardees are: Best in Nursing Services: 2nd Place – RTMDH-Cabatuan, 3rd Place – JCMDH-Balasan Best in PhilHealth: 2nd Place – Don Valerio S. Palmares Memorial District Hospital-Passi City, 3rd Place – DRLMDH-Lambunao Best in Administrative Services: 2nd Place – RTMDH-Cabatuan, 3rd Place – DRPMDH-Calinog Best in Dietary Services: 1st Place – Sara District Hospital, 2nd Place – Dr. Pedro Trono Memorial District Hospital-Guimbal, 3rd Place-Aleosan District Hospital Best in Medical Social Services: 1st Place – Dr. Pedro Trono Memorial District Hospital-Guimbal, 2nd Place – DRLMDH-Lambunao, 3rd Place – Dumangas District Hospital Best in Radiology Service: 1st Place – Dr. Pedro Trono Memorial District Hospital-Guimbal, 2nd Place – RTMDH-Cabatuan, 3rd Place – Iloilo Provincial Hospital.
