During the Typhoon Frank relief operations, SH-60B helicopters of the Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron Light (HSL) 49 embarked aboard the San Diego-based guided-missile frigate USS Thach (FFG 46) delivered supplies to remote locations in Panay Island.
