SH-60F SEAHAWK SH-60F helicopters are based on aircraft carriers. Their squadrons are designated Helicopter Antisubmarine (HS). They are operated along with the HH-60H Seahawk helicopter version. During the Typhoon Frank relief operations, SH-60F helicopters of the Helicopter Anti Submarine Squadron (HS) 4 embarked aboard the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan operated in Iloilo and Kalibo delivering supplies including tents, hygiene materials and bottled water, to Balasan and other remote locations. 080701-N-0640K-046 ILOILO, Philippines (July 1, 2008) Soldiers with the Armed Forces of the Philippines carry relief supplies to a waiting SH-60F Seahawk assigned to Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron (HS) 4 for delivery to remote locations on the island of Panay, Philippines.
