My dear graduates, In behalf of the administration of our school, I salute all of you on your graduation from our dear Cabatuan National Comprehensive High School. As the school administrator, I am extending my personal congratulations to all of you for tackling the hardships and sacrifices concommitant with the pursuit of secondary education. Before you leave the portals of your Alma Mater, allow me to give you the final message which may be of great help to you as you start a new facet in your life. First and foremost of all, I would like to stress the value of EXCELLENCE. In whatever profession you may decide to pursue, please try to attain a certain degree of excellence. There is no substitute for excellence. In your quest for higher education, please exert all your efforts to acquire academic excellence for the greater honor and glory of our school in particular and our town in general. Towards this end, there is a need for you to learn lessons and draw an inspiration from the experiences of the alumni of our school, who are now .considered successful in their chosen profession. Please make the relatively good academic record of our school, your source of inspiration, as you face new challenges in life. Secondly, I would like to emphasize the value of GRATITUDE - to your school, to its faculty and staff. You must always recognize, with grateful appreciation, the persevering efforts of your teachers in moulding you to what you are now and for preparing you to face squarely the challenges and demands of life. The best way to show them your gratitude is by translating the noble precepts they had imparted to you to constructive acts that will spell honor and glory for you, for our school, for our town, and for our country. Please bear in mind that someday when you shall have attained success, you Alma Mater will surely feel proud of you having remained loyal and faithful to her ideals. Finally, as you bid farewell to your Alma Mater, I hope and pray that you will face the new challenges in your life with indomitable courage, overwhelming enthusiasm, and unflinching determination to succeed. Leave your school with a solemn promise that someday you will come back to her fold to crown her with honors and successes. Again, my heartfelt congratulations to you, members of class '93 of our school! For this, we extend to you our heartfelt congratulations for a job well done. As you leave the portals of our school, we feel we still have the moral obligation to give you some words of advice. First of all, please bear in mind that your success on your graduation is just a prelude to another struggle in life, which is fraught with more difficulties and perplexities. However, you should not be fazed by these. Face them with greater courage, optimism and determination to succeed. Remember, "The harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph". As your teachers, we have tried everything, within our potentialities and capabilities, to equip you with the basic knowledges and skills that will enable you to face the vicissitudes in life. We hope and pray you will not fail us in our expectations of you. Secondly, we earnestly appeal to you to intensify your efforts as you pursue your hopes and aspirations in life. As you start a new facet in your life, please don't forget to couple your strong determination to succeed with an abiding faith in God who guides the destinies of men and nations. Always pray to Him that He will always guide you and enlighten your mind until you reach the summit of success. But please, don't forget to thank Him for the numerous graces that He had bestowed on you. Rest assured that wherever you may be and whatever noble goal you will pursue, we your teachers will always be praying for your success. We are always behind you - morally and spiritually. Finally, we reiterate our warmest congratulations to you on your graduation from our high school. We expect that someday you will return to your Alma Mater, as successful men and women, crowning our school with laurels. Congratulations, dear graduates!
