12 Tke RAM MARCH 1998 15 hurdle DOST-SEI scholarship grant Fifteen graduating students passed the scholarship examination given by the Department of Science and Technology (DOST)-Science Education Institute (SEI). Of the 15 qualifiers, five qualified for bachelor's degree. They are Arniel Malaga, Stephen Miravite, Richard Sumagpao, Sally Fe Galindo and Helernest Flores. Ten qualified for technical course.
