School honors Golden Jubilarians CNCHS Class 1952, Golden Jubilarians this year during the processional march. Cabatuan 2000 constructs lawn tennis court Cabatuan 2000 headed by Mr. Maximo- Manaay and Mr. Edgar Tuvilla has just finished the construction of a new lawn tennis court beside the Recreation Hall. Cabatuan 2000 was able to tap the help of Cabatuananons here and abroad to help finance the project. The local government tried to help augment the financial need by supplying the needed filling materials. Last March, a 3-day lawn tennis training was given to aspiring and, interested lawn tennis players. "A lot will be done if we help each other and support each others project," Hon. Ramon C. Yee, municipal mayor of the town said. He further remarked that the project will surely help develop sportsmanship and love of sports for both the young and the old of the town. For the past seven years, CNCHS has been honoring during the graduation program, the "Golden Jubilarians" or the alumni who graduated from the school 50 years ago. The golden jubilarians this year are the members of class 1952. Mr. Hermogenes Pueyo and Mrs. Milagros Crisme-Lujan are the coordinators of class 1952. The Golden Jubilarians are headed by Engr. Rogelio T. Murga, class valedictorian; Saturnine P. Monares, salutatorian; Milagros C. Aldea, first honorable mention; Deogracias R. Tiongson, Jr. second honorable mention and Benedicto C. Tabares, third honorable mention. The surviving male members of the class 'S2 are Juanito Alfaro, Monico Alviar, Pedro Aro, Teodoro, Barbajosa, Salvador Baylen, David Brey, Severino Cabaya, Melecio Cabra, Bienvenido Cabrera, Crispin Cadete, Eduardo Cerrada, Fernando Colomer, Alexander Confesor, Raymundo Franje, Benjamin Gazo, Joaquin Hereto, Santiago Labata, Benito Lazaro, Rodolfo Licera, Francisco Locsin and Godofredo Mallada. Other make survivors of the class are Pedro Monegro, Daniel Moneva, Inocencio Olmos, Federico Puga, Felipe Quesada, Florencio Rosaldes, Mateo Rute, Romualdo Santoceldes, Juan Salmon, Salustiano Tormon, Trino Tormon, Felicisimo Zamora and Cipriano Zuniega. The surviving female members are Evelina Ahumada, Salome Alcalde, Mercedes Arguelles, Dolores Baello, Herminia Baello, Rosalinda Berbegal, Primitiva Moneva, Marieta Montille, Lourdes Munieza, Nelida Parra, Magdalena Pillo, Concepcion Prieto, Adelaide Pueyo, Enrique Regidor, Mariqueta Rivera, Clarita Rosaldes, Amancia Sandoval, Teresita Siccio, Patrocinio Subade, Lili Sulatra, Porfiria Suyao, Felisa Tormon, Natividad Tormon, Ofelia Ventoza, Immaculada Villafranca, Milagros Yap and Simeona Ypulong. During the 58'h Commencement Exercises of the school on April 2, the Golden Jubilarians will join in the processional march together with the members of the graduating class. After the distribution of diplomas to the graduates, each of the golden jubilarians will be awarded a Certificate of Appreciation for having survived 50 years after graduating from Cabatuan High School and for contributing his or her share in giving a name to the school. Each of them will also receive a medal. The response in behalf of class '52 will be delivered by Engr. Rogelio T. Murga, retired Engineering Equipments Inc. (EEI) president and class valedictorian.
