UNITED CABATUANANONS - TAIWAN CHAPTER
The main group, United Cabatuananons, was created around March 5, 2011 as the official Cabatuan.com group in Facebook.
As a result of the 2011 Red Cross Youth competition held in February 2011, wherein both CNCHS entries won the online Facebook voting, it was determined that there was a need for a more efficient way of informing Cabatuananons about this kind of activities, and thus the United Cabatuananons group was born.

The President of the 2011 CNCHS Red Cross Youth Council, Ms. Cherry Mae Marquez Sulatra, was consequently awarded the 2011 Cabatuan.com Achievement Award (given for outstanding contributions to the advancement of Cabatuananons in the internet) at CNCHS on April 5, 2011, during the annual Recognition Day Program, for spearheading the Red Cross online campaign and for inspiring the creation of United Cabatuananons.

Sometime later, as the membership of United Cabatuananons grew bigger, it became apparent that the members located in the same geographical regions of work were not aware of each other often. The need to collect them together in regional subgroups, in order to promote communication and interaction, was recognized. Thus, the United Cabatuananon Chapters were created in separate FB groups. One of them being, the United Cabatuananons - Taiwan Chapter.
UCab Taiwan will continue to exist under the banner of the main group United Cabatuananons, with an official webpage accessible at Cabatuan.com.
