Revived the practice of gathering together the clan of Haloy:

Atty. Estefano Caspe Mr. Macario Tormon

In 1983, they gathered the elders of the seven families in Bgy. Tupol Central, Cabatuan. There, after more than a century of drifting apart, the families decided to form the Kinabon Ni Haloy Association.

The representatives of the seven Haloy families were:
